Logic adaptive optimization model for dynamic temperature compensation of heating furnace based on proportion‐integral‐derivative position algorithm

چکیده

In order to improve the adaptive compensation control ability of furnace dynamic temperature logic, an optimal model logic based on proportion-integral-derivative (PID) position algorithm is proposed. Firstly, constraint index heating constructed, and target structure analysis electric realized by using PID mode. The platinum resistor used collect in feedback link, controlled equipment converts electrical energy into heat for release. As rises, difference between two sent fuzzy controller. controller outputs analog value, system different parameters, thus realizing parameter optimization design law control. test results show that method has good accuracy, with error 0.01 0.02, certain application value.
